Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human TENM4 mAb (orb1826954). (A) orb1826954 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TENM4. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1826954 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TENM4-expressing TT cells, indicating strong binding of orb1826954 to TENM4. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
