Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD28 that is expressed constitutively on virtually 100% of mouse Tcells and on developing thymocytes. . Activation and proliferation of T cells can be induced by interaction of the T cell receptor with peptide-MHC complexes expressed on the surface of APCs.
