ELISA examination of orb2322413 specificity. The antibody at various concentrations was incubated in plates coated with either THEMIS or phosphorylated THEMIS (pTHEMIS), and a sigmoidal curve was developed only when using pTHEMIS, but not THEMIS, as capture antigen, indicating a specific binding of orb2322413 to pTHEMIS.
