ELISA using YDC 127.1.1 and Recombinant mouse PDL1 Fc-Fusion Protein. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the Anti-PDL1 antibody YDC 127.1.1 (orb613832; purple line) and isotype control (orb256390, anti-fluorescein; orange line) to an ELISA plate coated with Recombinant mouse PDL1 Fc-Fusion Protein at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml.

Flow-cytometry using anti-PDL1 antibody YDC 127.1.1 Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (orb256390, panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of YDC 127.1.1 (orb613832, panel B) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-PD-L1 antibody YDC 127.1.1 Mouse spleenocytes were stained with an isotype control (orb256390, purple) or the rabbit-chimeric version of YDC 127.1.1 (orb613832, grey) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Immunofluorescence staining of fixed mouse splenocytes with anti-PDL1 (CD274) antibody YDC 127.1.1. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse (Mus musculus) splenocytes on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric rabbit version of YDC 127.1.1 (orb613832) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml), showing membrane and some cytoplasmic staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb613832, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
