Western Blot using anti-Paxillin (LD2 Motif) antibody LD2 sAB HepG2 (A), A431 (B), and HeLa (C) cell lysate samples (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of LD2 sAB (orb613838) at 2 µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The predicted running size for Paxillin is 64.5 kDa. orb613838 successfully detected Paxillin in HepG2, A431, and HeLa cell lysate samples.
