AD293 cells and A375 cells were treated with MG132 (2 μM), and Doramapimod (50 μM), alone or in combination for 14 h. The whole-cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis with total-SQSTM1, SQSTM1 S403, SQSTM1 T269/S272 (Cat. orb319623, 1:1000), and GAPDH.

AD293, A375 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with DMSO (control), or MG132 (2 μM), and Doramapimod (50 μM), alone or in combination for 14 h. The whole-cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis with indicated antibodies.
