Immunofluorescence staining of human peripheral blood leukocytes with anti-CD314 6E5A7. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human peripheral blood leukocytes stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 6E5A7 (orb1463365) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb1463365, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (orb256390) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Western Blot using anti-CD314 antibody 6E5A7. K562(A) (2 µg/ml) and human peripheral blood monocytes(B) (2 µg/ml) cells lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 6E5A7 (orb1463365) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
