HEK293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (B) and human Mesothelin (A) were surface stained with anti-Mesothelin neutralizing antibody 1 μg/ml (amatuximab) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-human IgG secondary antibody.
