ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human IL22 Protein, hFc Tag (orb1173813) can bind Anti-IL22 Neutralizing antibody (orb1291213) in a linear range of 2.44–625.00 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1291213, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis under cell membrane permeable condition with 1 μg/mL Anti-IL22 (fezakinumab biosimilar) mAb (orb1291213) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human IL22 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
