ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human IL17A Protein, hFc Tag (orb1291066) can bind Anti-IL17A (secukinumab biosimilar) mAb (orb1291118) in a linear range of 6.40–160 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1291118, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.
