Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-IL11RA on Expi293 cells transfected with human IL11RA (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).
