Flow-cytometry using anti-IL-2R antibody Daclizumab Cynomolgus monkey lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (orb256390, red) or the rabbit-chimeric version of Daclizumab (orb348909, blue) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FlowJo single-cell flow cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-IL-2R antibody Daclizumab Rhesus monkey lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (orb256390, red) or the rabbit-chimeric version of Daclizumab (orb348909, blue) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FlowJo single-cell flow cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using the anti-CD25 (IL2R) research biosimilar antibody Daclizumab Human lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (orb256390, panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of Daclizumab (orb348909, panel B) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Immunohistochemical staining of rat spleen using anti-IL2R antibody. Formalin fixed rat spleen slices were were stained with orb348866 at 5 µg/ml.

Western Blot using anti-IL2R antibody. Mouse lipocyte (lane 1), mouse spleen (lane 2), mouse thymus (lane 3), mouse lymph node (lane 4) and human thyroid tumour (lane 5) samples were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with orb348866 at 1.5 µg/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. The expected band size (31 kDa) is seen in the human-derived sample, as well as further bands that are specific to human.
