Flow cytometry using anti-IL-17 antibody IL-17M70. Human blood leucocytes were rested for 4h at 37°C, fixed with 2% PFA, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton, and stained with the anti-unknown specificity antibody (orb256458; negative control, right) or the rabbit IgG version of IL-17M70 (orb2645576, left) at a dilution of 1:100 overnight at 4°C. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000, and the cells were analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
