DescriptionMouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to Biotin which recognizes is a CD63 that is lysosomal membrane glycoprotein that translocates to the plasma membrane after platelet activation. CD63 is observed on activated platelets, monocytes and macrophages, and is weakly expressed on granulocytes, T cell and B cells. CD63 is belongs to the TM4 superfamily of leukocyte glycoproteins. CD63 may participates in phagocytic and intracellular lysosome-phagosome fusion events. CD63 deficiency is associated with Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome.

Anti-Hu CD63 Biotin

Flow cytometry multicolor surface staining of IgE stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells stained using anti-human CD63 (MEM-259) Biotin antibody (concentration in sample 0.6 μg/ml, Streptavidin APC) and anti-human CD203c (NP4D6) PE antibody (20 μl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood).

Anti-Hu CD63 Biotin

Separation of CD63 positive CD203c positive basophil granulocytes (red-filled) from neutrophil granulocytes (black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of IgE stimulated human peripheral whole blood using anti-human CD63 (MEM-259) Biotin antibody (concentration in sample 0.6 μg/ml, Streptavidin APC).

Anti-Hu CD63 Biotin

Flow cytometry surface staining pattern of IgE stimulated human peripheral whole blood stained using anti-human CD63 (MEM-259) Biotin antibody (concentration in sample 0.6 μg/ml, Streptavidin APC).
