Flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of human MCF-7 and SP2 cell lines with anti-human CD326 / EpCAM (VU-1D9) PE.

Immunofluorescence (left panel): The MCF-7 cell line was stained live and subsequently fixed in paraformaldehyde (PFA). Cells were labeled using the anti-human EpCAM/CD326 (VU-1D9) PE-conjugated antibody, at a dilution of 1:100. As a negative control, F(ab´)2 anti-Mouse IgG PE was used. Flow Cytometry (right panel): Blue (Specific) – The MCF-7 cell line was stained live and fixed in PFA, using the anti-human CD326 (VU-1D9) PE-conjugated antibody, (4 μl of reagent per million cells in 100 μl of cell suspension). Red (ISO) – The MCF-7 cell line was stained under the same conditions using the Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) PE, (4 μl of reagent per million cells in 100 μl of cell suspension).
