Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD107b that is also known as LAMP2, is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. LAMP2 is expressed in the membranes of intracellular granules that contain effector molecules such as perforin, granzymes, eicosanoids, and histamine. It may function in protection of the lysosomal membrane from autodigestion, maintenance of the acidic environment of the lysosome, adhesion.

  Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Intracellular and extracellular staining.
