Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD107a that is a type I integral lysosomal membrane glycoprotein and member of the LAMP family, It is expressed constitutively in the late endosomes-lysosomes in all cells. CD107a is also transiently expressed on the cell surface of degranulating cytolytic T cells.
