Description | Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to Biotin which recognizes CD105 that also known as Endoglin, is a Type I transmembrane protein, which is highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. Defects in ENG are the cause of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia type 1 (HHT1). It is a major glycoprotein of vascular endothelium. It may play a critical role in the binding of endothelial cells to integrins and/or other RGD receptors. |
