Flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of β2-microglobulin in human peripheral blood with anti-β2-microglobulin (B2M-01) biotin.

Western blotting analysis of human β2-microglobulin using mouse monoclonal antibody B2M-01 on lysates of various cell lines under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of biotinylated mouse monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated streptavidin. β2-microglobulin was detected around 12 kDa.
