Immunoblots of in vitro kinase reactions at 30 °C including GFP–CaMKII WT, K42M and F89G with GST–GluA1-c tail showing specific labelling of GluR1 S831 (Cat. orb319552, 1:2000). Reactions were performed either with vehicle control or with 10 μM NM-PP1.

Representative immunoblot and quantification of in vitro kinase reactions at 30 °C in 1 mM ATP measuring AS283-mediated inhibition of CaMKII phosphorylation of GluA1 S831 (pS831) (Cat. orb319552, 1:2000) and autophosphorylation of CaMKII T286 (pT286) (Cat. orb319474, 1:2500) with varying concentrations of AS283 (0.41–10 μM). For a negative control (Neg.), ATP was omitted.
