Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD83 mAb (orb1743118). (A) orb1743118 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD83. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743118 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD83-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743118 to CD83. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
