CCR1 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CCR1 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CCR1 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Anti-CCR1 antibody (SKU# orb1743101) at 1/1000 dilution.Lane: Hela, whole cell lysate.Secondary: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/5000 dilution.Predicted band size: 41 kDa.Observed band size: 50 kDa

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CCR1 mAb (orb1743101). (A) orb1743101 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CCR1. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743101 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CCR1-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743101 to CCR1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/ml.
