ELISA of anti-BSA antibody on BSA. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the anti-BSA antibody D1 (orb1089970; blue line) and isotype control (orb256390, anti-fluorescein; orange line) to an ELISA plate coated with BSA at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 90 µg/ml was tested in the experiment. For signal detection, a 1:4000 dilution of an HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used.
