ELISA plate pre-coated by 1 μg/ml (100 μL/well) Human B7-H4, hFc-His tagged protein (orb757460) can bind Anti-B7-H4 Neutralizing antibody (orb1173627) in a linear range of 3.2-80 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1173627, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis with 1 μg/mL Anti-B7-H4 (alsevalimab) mAb (orb1173627) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human B7-H4 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
