Muscle Specific Actin includes those of the alpha and gamma isotypes. Skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscle cells will all stain positively with Anti-Actin, Muscle Specific Antibody, but mesenchymal cells, not including myoepithelium, will stain negatively.
