ELISA of anti-4-1BBL antibody on 4-1BBL-Fc fusion protein. Binding curves of the rabbit IgG chimeric version of the anti-4-1BBL antibody TKS-1 (orb613944; red line) and isotype control (orb256390, anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse 4-1BBL Fc-fusion protein at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using orb613944. For signal detection, a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-fused anti-rabit IgG antibody was used.
