This antibody recognizes the peptide EQK DRQ HTL KHF EHV RMV DPK K, which corresponds to residues #501-522 of the human APP gene product. This peptide sequence is also 100% conserved between human, mouse and rat homologs of APP, and the antibodies against this sequence cross-react with all three species. The antibody preparation is at a concentration of 100 µg/mL (based on absorbance at 280 nm).
