Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Amcasertib (0-1 μM; 48h) inhibits the NANOG and CD133 expression in PC-9/GR cells. Amcasertib also significantly suppresses the growth of PC-9/GR cells in a dose-dependent manner. Cell Viability Assay Cell line: PC-9/GR cell. Concentration: 0, 0.3125, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10 μM Incubation time: 48 hours. Result: Suppressed the growth of PC-9/GR cells in a dose-dependent manner for 48 hours with a OD value decreased from over 1.5 to less than 0.2 (p0.0001). Western blot analysis. Cell line: PC-9/GR cell. Concentration: 0, 0.1 and 1 μM Incubation time: 48 hours. Result: Inhibited the NANOG and CD133 expression in PC-9/GR cells.
