Bioactivity

  Animal model: Carbon tetrachloride (HY-Y0298)-induced liver fibrosis mice model. Dosage: 100 mg/kg. Administration: p.o. Result: Decreased hepatic α-SMA and TGF-β1 expression. Inhibited phosphorylation of JNK, ERK, and p38.
