Anti-AHSP Antibody has been tested in western blot and immunohistochemistry and is suitable for immunofluorescence microscopy using paraformaldehyde-fixed primary cardiomyocyte cultures and ELISA. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
