AGTR1 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

AGTR1 Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the AGTR1 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

AGTR1 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the AGTR1 antibody detected the AGTR1 protein (arrow).

Anti-AGTR1 Antibody (Center) at 1:2000 dilution + NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate.Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 41 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) cells labeling AGTR1 at 1/25 dilution, followed by Dylight 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at 1/200 dilution (green). Immunofluorescence image showing membrane and cytoplasm staining on HepG2 cell line. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
