Western blot analysis of ADAMTS18 Antibody in mouse liver tissue lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with ADAMTS18 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).This demonstrates the ADAMTS18 antibody detected the ADAMTS18 protein (arrow).
