• In Vivo:
  Methods: ZSH-2208 (0.28, 2.8, 0.35 mg/kg, tail vein injection) was used to treat ESCC-TRC tumor xenograft suppression model nude mice, and the survival rate and development of subcutaneous tumors of mice were regularly observed. Results: Low dose (0.28 mg/kg) of ZSH-2208 significantly inhibited the growth of subcutaneous tumors in nude mice, and the tumor weight of the high dose group (2.8 mg/kg ZSH-2208) was significantly reduced.
