  Method: Cell viability assay was performed to evaluate the effect of ZINC00784494 on SUM149 cells. Cells were exposed to various concentrations of ZINC00784494 (0.01 to 100 µM) and incubated for 72 hours. Result: ZINC00784494 significantly reduced the viability of SUM149 cells at concentrations of 1 µM or lower.
