Description

Zelpolib is a selective DNA polymerase δ (Pol δ) inhibitor that disrupts DNA replication and homologous recombination repair of double-strand breaks. Its antiproliferative effects have been demonstrated in vitro against triple-negative breast cancer and both platinum-sensitive and platinum-resistant pancreatic cancer cell lines.
