Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  YUKA1 selectively inhibits NEK2 autophosphorylation in human cancer cell lines (e.g., MDA-MB-231, BT20, MCF7), leading to mitotic arrest, spindle defects, polyploidy, and increased apoptosis at 10-30 μM (24-48 h). YUKA1 also enhances paclitaxel sensitivity.
