SKU: orb1986832

Description

YD277 is a small molecule derived from ML264 that induces G1 arrest and apoptosis in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells like MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468, independent of KLF5. It modulates cell cycle and apoptosis regulators (e.g., Cyclin D1, Bcl2, p21) and has demonstrated in vivo efficacy by suppressing tumor growth in xenograft models at 15 mg/kg.
