Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  In A375 melanoma and T47D breast cancer cells, XY028-140(0.3 or 1 µΜ for 24h) inhibited both CDK4/6 expression and CDK4/6 activity. In T47D breast cancer cells, XY028-140(0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 1, or 3 µΜ for 11d) inhibited cancer cell proliferation in breast cancer cells.
