Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Vorozole (0.8-1.25 mg/kg; Gavage; daily for 77 days; Female Sprague-Dawley rats) demonstrates antitumor effects and increases serum levels of insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1 and testosterone. Additionally, Vorozole (0.8-1.25 mg/kg; p.o.; 5 days; Female Sprague-Dawley rats) reduces uterine weight in a dose-dependent manner and effectively suppresses tumor aromatase in ovariectomized nude mice.
