DescriptionVAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains Universal Blockers for MGI-SI and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI. Universal Blockers for MGI-SI are universal adapter blocking sequences specifically developed for MGI DNA libraries. The Universal Blockers are applicable for single-indexed DNA libraries and can prevent concatemerization of library molecules caused by annealing of adapters during hybridization, thus reducing non-specific hybridization and improving the on-target rate of hybridization capture. Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains universal amplification primers specially developed for MGI single-indexed DNA libraries. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of the experiment.
