| Application notes | Compatible capture reagents: N512 magnetic beads are suitable for liquid hybridization capture experiments. Efficient binding of biotin-modified ligands: 1 mg (100 µl) N512 magnetic beads can respectively bind: free biotin>950 pmol, about 10 µg biotin-modified dsDNA or 10 µg biotin-modified IgG. Low non-specific binding: non-biotin-modified nucleic acid binding rate is less than 1%. Excellent operating experience: low adsorption, non-stick to the wall. |
