Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Sensitivity of 39 HCV-treated clinical isolates to VX-950 (telaprevir), SCH-503034 (boceprevir), ITMN-191, Vaniprevir, and TMC-435350 were evaluated using a replicon-based NS3 protease phenotype assay. Some natural changes in susceptibility between these isolates were observed when testing all five HCV PIs (VX-950, SCH-503034, ITMN-191, Vaniprevir, and TMC-435350). The order of variations is from minimum to maximum Vaniprevir < VX-950 < ITMN-191 < SCH-503034 < TMC-435350.
