Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Uniconazole (0-50 μM) effectively blocks ABA 8’-hydroxylase activity and enhances drought tolerance In vivo. Uniconazole increases the activities of antioxidant enzymes, promotes accumulation of proline and soluble sugars, and reduces accumulation of malondialdehyde. Animal model: Arabidopsis. Dosage: 0.5, 1, 5, 25, 50 μM. Administration:. Result: Inhibited PA (phaseic acid) production and enhanced drought tolerance.
