Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  METHODS: B103 neuroblastoma cells overexpressing LPA1 receptors were seeded (2.5·105 cells) into the upper chamber of a transwell and vehicle (0.1% fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin), LPA 1 μM, or UCM-05194 were added to the lower chamber. After allowing cells to migrate for 5 h, migrated cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet solution and counted. RESULTS: UCM-05194 induced neurite retraction and UCM-05194 induced cell migration in B103 cells overexpressing LPA1 in the transwell chamber assay.
