Description

Tubulin polymerization-IN-88 is a tubulin inhibitor that blocks tubulin polymerization, causing microtubule destabilization and disruption of the mitotic spindle. It induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells, inhibiting migration and self-renewal of cancer stem cells. Tubulin polymerization-IN-88 exhibits in vitro antiproliferative activity against cancer cells with selectivity over normal cells and shows in vivo anticancer efficacy without significant toxicity. It is applicable in research on glioblastoma, lung cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, and leukemia.
