Description

TRPV1-IN-3 (compound 14) is a potent TRPV1 inhibitor used in pulmonary fibrosis research. It exhibits antifibrotic effects in vitro (IC50 = 0.51 μM) by suppressing TGF-β/Smads and MAPK signaling. In vivo, it reduces lung collagen deposition, improves alveolar structure, and enhances survival in a Bleomycin-induced mouse model of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
