TFE-IDAtp1-LinA is an efficient amphiphilic carrier for delivering CRISPR-Cas9 ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes. It forms nanoparticles with Cas9 RNP and single-stranded DNA, enabling gene knockout, such as enhanced green fluorescent protein, with an ED50 of 0.38 nM. This system is applicable for both in vitro and in vivo genome editing research.
