Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  300 mg/kg Tegeprotafib administered orally twice daily for 21 days showed anti-tumor effects in mice.
• In Vitro:
  Tegeprotafib, treated for 5 days, was able to inhibit IFNγ (0.5 ng/mL)-induced proliferation of B16F10 cells, achieving 60-90% inhibition at a concentration of 33 μM.
