Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  After subcutaneous injection of B16F10 cells in C57BL / 6J mice, tegaserod ( 5 mg / kg ; 1 times a day for 5 consecutive days ) significantly reduced tumor growth, and only a slight decrease in body weight was observed after treatment.
• In Vitro:
  Tegaserod ( 3,5 μM; 24,48,72 h ) increased the apoptosis of A375, RPMI-7951 ( RPMI ), SH4, B16F10, MeWo and MEL-JUSO cell lines in a time- and dose-dependent manner.
