SYBR Color qPCR SuperMix is a 2X master mix formulated with HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green® dye, dNTPs, Mg2+, and Low ROX for real-time PCR. Its balanced K+/NH4+ buffer system enhances specific primer annealing to deliver robust, sensitive amplification. Reactions are initiated by combining primers and cDNA template with the ready-to-use mix, simplifying handling and reducing potential contamination. The proprietary buffer ensures reliable qPCR on any instrument without optimization. Furthermore, a visual color-change reaction upon template addition allows quick monitoring of sample loading to optimize pipetting accuracy and eliminate errors.
